Justin Martyr, what does true fasting look like? 

Well, sir, it looks like this: 

"...but loose every unrighteous bond, dissolve the terms of wrongous covenants, let the oppressed go free, and avoid every iniquitous contract."

Justin Martyr would have cancelled peoples debts. He would have used government power to delete the debt owed via usurous contracts. As they are "wrongous covenants", they are "iniquitous contracts".
